Project Manager Intern

Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 4,806 PLN per month

What you will do

• Support the Product Owner with day-to-day project coordination.
• Take meeting notes, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Create and update Jira tickets and help keep the project board organized.
• Track blockers and dependencies and escalate them to the Product Owner.
• Maintain project documentation, including the wiki and knowledge base.
• Assist with UAT sessions and prepare simple project status updates.

Requirements

• Interest in project management and software delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Polish and English; English at least B2.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Studies or recent graduation in a related field, or convincing motivation to move into project management.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Jira, Agile/Scrum, or teamwork tools.
• Previous internship, student organization, or project experience.

Hiring process

• Technical interview via Google Meet lasting approximately one hour.
• Non-technical conversation with a member of the Recruitment Team lasting approximately 45 minutes.
