Senior Project Manager (CMS)

Location: Poland, Croatia, or Germany; approximately ten required on-site meetings with the client in Magdeburg during the project.

What you will do

• Lead operational project management and coordinate all project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Create and maintain project, milestone, communication, and RAID plans and provide regular status reporting.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, status meetings, steering committees, and escalation meetings.
• Coordinate requirements, acceptance, release, quality assurance, UAT, approvals, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Support the introduction of new processes, systems, and ways of working while ensuring contractual, regulatory, data protection, and security compliance.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex digital, web, portal, or CMS projects.
• At least three years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable methodologies.
• Experience with agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery models, change management, organizational transformation, and distributed interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, escalations, requirements, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar planning tools, and Miro.
• Business-fluent German at minimum C1 level, very good English, and availability for approximately ten on-site client meetings in Magdeburg are required.
