IT Operations Project Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based role at Puławska 180.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate projects involving IT teams and stakeholders.
• Support managers with planning, prioritization, and follow-up of team activities.
• Coordinate operational cases and improve the effectiveness of follow-up actions.
• Maintain processes, project documentation, and status updates.
• Build working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues while supporting resolution efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, engineering degree, or relevant vocational education in computer science, software or computer engineering, infrastructure, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT, project coordination, IT operations, consulting, or software development.
• Experience coordinating projects or working with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and operations fundamentals.
• Structured, process-oriented approach with the ability to create and maintain documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux and cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Project management or service management certification, such as PRINCE2 or ITIL.
