TL;DR
Technical Project Manager (AI): Managing delivery across four engineering and QA squads for a mobility platform with an accent on Agile execution, cross-team coordination, and delivery predictability. Focus on sequencing critical-path work, removing impediments, tracking delivery risks and metrics, and using AI tools for reporting, risk analysis, and release monitoring.
Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania. In-office, hybrid, or remote flexibility is available depending on location and contract type. At least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours is required.

What you will do
- Manage delivery across four engineering and QA squads.
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain backlog health, estimates, commitments, delivery predictability, and scope control.
- Identify impediments, dependencies, risks, scope drift, and slipping work, escalating issues with clear recommendations.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, including status reporting.
- Use AI tools to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes, and delivery monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager.
- Hands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and complex software delivery against external deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to understand API specifications and sequence diagrams.
- Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
- Upper-Intermediate English and at least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours.
