What you will do

• Develop cohesive, commercially viable Topshop product ranges aligned with brand and divisional strategy.
• Work with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, Garment Technology, and external suppliers to shape and deliver the range.
• Use sales, trend, competitor, and market insights to manage department performance, margin, profit, and trading risks.
• Build and evolve branded portfolios, sourcing contemporary brands and identifying opportunities across global markets.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives, sustainable material opportunities, trials, and improvements to the supply base.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Assistant Buyers and Buyers while contributing to cross-functional projects and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Junior Buyer or Buyer in a fast-paced, rapidly changing global retailer.
• Proven ability to drive department performance through creative and commercial thinking.
• Strong awareness of fashion trends, retail market conditions, competitor activity, and global product offers.
• Highly developed negotiation, influencing, prioritisation, systems, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• In-depth knowledge of planning and trading documents, relevant trading systems, and MS Office.
• Effective and inclusive leadership style with the ability to provide clear direction and develop team talent.
