What you will do

• Lead product strategy for the Cult Beauty Edits programme, including annual range planning and budget management.
• Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies with buying teams, suppliers, brand partners, and packaging counterparts.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, margin improvement, and stronger commercial terms.
• Coordinate with marketing, compliance, merchandising, packaging, and design teams to deliver best-in-class edits and on-time launches.
• Represent the Edit programme in new business meetings, partnership discussions, and cross-functional forums with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, brand partner satisfaction, and emerging beauty trends to refine the proposition.

Requirements

• Experience in buying, account management, or brand partnerships.
• Financial and analytical ability, including budgeting and performance review.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Project management, prioritisation, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for beauty, awareness of emerging trends, and an innovative, strategic approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
