Business Consultant (Airport Management Systems)

Location: Hybrid role based in Rome, Italy or Barcelona, Spain; includes up to 30% travel to customer sites. Employees may work from home up to 2 days per week and work from any location worldwide for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Deliver business and technical consultancy for hirify.global Airport Management Systems.
• Analyze customer processes and requirements, redesign workflows, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service improvement.
• Configure hirify.global software and integrate systems with customer environments and third-party vendors.
• Design and run customer workshops, train superusers, and support capability building.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide early-life support after go-live.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers, product management, and sales teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of business and technical consultancy experience in the IT and telecommunications industry.
• Experience implementing complex software solutions for customers and working with senior customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of airline industry IT environments, particularly airport operations.
• Technical experience with system integration, including message queues, web services, and APIs.
• Experience with MS SQL and Windows Server; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is beneficial.
• Degree in business, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent experience.

• Business analysis or project management qualification.
• Development prototype capability.
