Senior Business Operations Manager (Revenue Operations)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the revenue operations framework across go-to-market teams, including pipeline governance, forecasting, sales processes, and commercial reporting.
• Own Salesforce and connected revenue systems, improving data quality, adoption, integrations, and process consistency.
• Develop PowerBI dashboards and operational reporting, translating business questions into actionable analysis.
• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects, improve workflows, establish operating rhythms, and support change adoption.
• Maintain the ISO9001 quality management system, coordinating audits, corrective actions, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the operations team through goal setting, prioritization, coaching, performance management, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, commercial operations, or a similar field, typically including 3–5 years of management experience.
• Strong Salesforce ownership or administration experience and the ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements.
• Confident PowerBI reporting and data visualization skills, with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Experience with revenue, pipeline, forecasting, performance data, and medium-to-large cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of ISO9001, quality management systems, audit preparation, and continuous improvement.
• People management experience, strong communication, sound judgment, organization, pragmatism, and resilience.
