Public Sector Process Manager (Sales Operations)

What you will do

• Own moderately complex operational processes, including configuration and quoting, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, invoicing, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to align processes with organizational goals.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Implement quality controls, conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Recommend process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to increase efficiency and support digital transformation.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations while improving customer satisfaction and participating in relevant training.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business operations, business processes, data analysis, finance, accounting, and workflow management.
• Experience or knowledge in auditing, automation, change management, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Knowledge of SAP applications, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma methodology, or supply chain processes.
• Strong communication, customer-centricity, digital fluency, results orientation, and learning agility.

Nice to have

• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) certification.
