Claim Rep Auto Damage (AI)

Location: PA - Wyomissing, United States; hybrid work location model.

Annual base salary: $55,200–$91,100.

What you will do

• Manage auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement, including total loss evaluations and vehicle repair oversight.
• Analyze policy terms, conditions, exclusions, liability, and damage to determine coverage and negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities to obtain information and ensure accurate damage assessments.
• Investigate claims, document findings, and maintain accurate records in claims management systems.
• Communicate claim decisions and settlements to insureds, claimants, representatives, and internal stakeholders, including preparing denial letters and reservations of rights when needed.
• Adapt to technology implementations, system upgrades, and AI-enabled digital tools while maintaining productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of auto claim handling or comparable claim experience, or successful completion of the hirify.global Auto Claim Representative training program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two years of auto claim handling experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license where applicable, with relevant insurance licenses to be acquired within three months of starting.
• Proficiency with claims management systems, Microsoft Office, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong communication, judgment, customer service, conflict resolution, organizational, and decision-making skills.
