ERP Project Manager for Digital Transformation (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead ERP and digital transformation projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Define and manage the ERP roadmap and functional design for Services.
• Translate Material Services and logistics requirements into functional and technical needs.
• Coordinate multifunctional teams across IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and other business functions.
• Represent Services in project strategy, planning, status reporting, senior-management presentations, and relevant Landscape Change Boards.
• Oversee SAP integration, process optimisation, and alignment with customer contract management requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading ERP-related digital projects as a Project Manager, MFT Lead, or in a similar role.
• Strong project-management skills covering quality, methodology, planning, and delivery.
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
• High-level knowledge of SAP functional modules, logistics and material processes, Material Services, customer contract management, and related digital ecosystems.
• Advanced English required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience or certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in Material Services environments.
