Product Commercialization Manager (Neurotechnology)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate launch-readiness activities for IN100x, including deployment planning, site onboarding, inventory forecasting, distribution, and milestone tracking.
• Develop customer-facing materials, digital content, product communications, and approved product messaging.
• Support scientific congresses, customer events, training programs, and customer adoption activities.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, complaint handling, product returns, escalations, product updates, labeling changes, and sustainment activities.
• Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, site activation, and operational performance, turning data into recommendations for business decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience supporting product launches or commercialization programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry.
• 3+ years of project management experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience developing customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in neurotechnology, neuromodulation, medical devices, or capital equipment.
• Experience with distributors, logistics providers, or 3PL partners.
• Knowledge of FDA and/or CE-regulated environments.
• Experience supporting post-market and product lifecycle activities.
• Spanish language skills.
