EU/NATO International Projects Coordinator/Business Development (Defense)

Location: Linköping, Stockholm, Karlskoga or Karlstad, Sweden; domestic and international travel required.

What you will do

• Coordinate hirify.global Dynamics Missile Systems' participation in EDF, EDA, NATO, and other international defense collaborations.
• Identify, shape, and implement EU and NATO programs and initiatives with product units and business leadership.
• Align internal and external stakeholders and drive projects from concept through execution.
• Provide technical and supervisory direction to projects and services, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals while building cross-border partnerships.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of international defense programs and collaborations.
• Proven project management experience focused on strategy implementation and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish.
• Understanding of the defense and industrial landscape, including industrial capabilities, technology development, and customer requirements.
• Self-driven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
