SAP Principal Application Consultant / Project Manager (Finance) (m/f/d) (SAP Finance)

What you will do

• Lead SAP Finance implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and cloud transformation engagements.
• Own project delivery, governance, scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and global delivery teams while facilitating workshops, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
• Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, financial process optimization, reporting transformation, compliance, and internal controls.
• Support account development, proposals, estimations, statements of work, business cases, and pre-sales activities in the Nordic market.
• Coach consultants and project team members and contribute to SAP Cloud delivery methodologies and practice growth in Sweden and the Nordics.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Extensive SAP Finance experience, including areas such as FI, CO, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Profitability Analysis, or Financial Planning.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report, financial closing, management reporting, and financial governance processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Finance across multiple industries, including end-to-end implementation leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, planning, facilitation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies.
• Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting.
