Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA) (SaaS)

What you will do

• Structure complex enterprise deals, including multi-year, ramp, and consumption-based models.
• Support EMEA sales teams with non-standard terms, approvals, order forms, amendments, and renewals.
• Design and streamline sales policies, pricing guidelines, contract reviews, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, and Product stakeholders through contract and security reviews.
• Help build, test, and improve CLM, CPQ, and invoicing applications.
• Support monetization experiments and new packaging, pricing, and contracting models.

Requirements

• Deep Deal Desk experience in a fast-paced enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with CPQ tools, QTC processes, and modern billing systems such as Stripe, Metronome, or Tabs.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows and enable self-service.
• Ability to read, understand, and draft contractual business terms and conditions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and consumption-based business models and software revenue recognition principles, including ASC 606 or equivalent.
• English is required for the application and company communication.
