Managed Services Consultant (PXM)

Location: Remote - Portugal

Salary: €34,850–€41,000 EUR annual base salary

What you will do

• Own day-to-day delivery across multiple managed services customers, balancing planned work, recurring operations, and emerging priorities.
• Understand customer goals and operating contexts, then recommend and implement solutions that improve use of the hirify.global platform.
• Configure and troubleshoot hirify.global PXM, retailer portals, and related retailer workflows, including complex or nonstandard requirements.
• Support Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) and retailer portal issues through resolution.
• Manage customer expectations, communicate progress and risks, and propose alternatives when requests are out of scope or an approach is ineffective.
• Partner with Product and other internal teams to investigate issues, validate solutions, pilot services, and share platform knowledge.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience with retailer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Target Partners Online, Home Depot IDM, or Walmart Supplier One.
• At least one year of experience working with GDSN.
• At least two years of experience supporting enterprise customers during platform launches or ongoing platform operations.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver work for multiple customers with limited oversight.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, customer communication, scope management, and difficult-conversation skills.

Nice to have

• At least one year of direct experience with hirify.global PXM.
• Experience piloting new service offerings or resolving complex custom configurations.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or sharing knowledge across teams.
