HR Transition Lead

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple People Services transitions in parallel, maintaining timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead HR workstreams within broader transformation programs and align delivery with PMO standards.
• Analyze gaps between local HR processes and the global service catalogue, then support process redesign and future operating model alignment.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, workshops, communications, change impact assessments, and readiness activities.
• Prepare HR systems, data, integrations, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for transition go-live and handover to business-as-usual teams.
• Maintain governance documentation, reporting packs, service-level agreements, workflows, and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR transformation, business change, project or programme management, or HR service delivery.
• Experience coordinating HR transitions, transformation projects, or service model changes.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, service delivery models, and the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project or programme management approaches.
• Fluency in English and availability for hybrid work in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Experience in shared services or global business services environments.
• Exposure to HRIS or digital HR transformation, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
• Project management accreditation such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile PM.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or APMG.
