Senior Electrostatics and High-Voltage Specialist (Electrostatics & High-Voltage)

What you will do

• Investigate the feasibility of new electrostatics and high-voltage concepts and specifications during early development.
• Design and review high-voltage printed circuit boards and hardware modules for environments ranging from ambient conditions to deep vacuum.
• Support product research, design, implementation, and issue-resolution activities as a company-wide subject matter expert.
• Perform root-cause analysis using models, circuit analysis, and measurements.
• Develop high-voltage design rules, engineering guidelines, and technical requirements where international standards are insufficient.
• Deliver training and share specialist knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrostatics and high-voltage development.
• Experience designing for pressure environments from ambient conditions to deep vacuum.
• Experience designing and performing experiments to close knowledge gaps.
• Proficiency in FEM-based field analysis and a strong understanding of the underlying physics.
• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of applicable electrical safety standards.
