What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Install, adjust, test, repair, and modify production equipment using technical drawings, diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
• Conduct fault analysis and root-cause investigations, monitor downtime, and identify equipment improvement opportunities.
• Maintain technical records, documentation, maintenance schedules, equipment information, and spare-parts availability.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and technical teams on Kaizen, safety, reliability, and equipment optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• MBO+ education in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in automation, maintenance, service, or a similar technical role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and interpreting technical drawings, electrical diagrams, schematics, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work hands-on in a safe, clean, and well-organized manufacturing environment while collaborating with technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLCs or industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and technical documentation.
• Experience with continuous improvement, reliability improvement, or Kaizen activities.
