What you will do

• Investigate failures and unexpected behavior in electronic and mechatronic products used in production or by customers.
• Perform structured failure analysis, testing, measurement, and hands-on troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Translate technical findings into clear conclusions and document investigations for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality specialists to resolve recurring technical issues.
• Support short-term containment actions and prevent defective products from entering production.
• Identify improvements for product reliability, production processes, and future designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Structured and analytical approach to technical problems, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Practical mindset and genuine interest in electronics, mechatronics, and product reliability.
• Ability to distinguish symptoms from underlying causes and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and effective communication across disciplines.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
