Principal Analog IC Layout Engineer

What you will do

• Lead complex analog and mixed-signal IC layout developments.
• Drive floorplanning and top-level implementation strategies for automotive power solutions.
• Support multiple projects, identify layout-related risks, and drive technical reviews and sign-off readiness.
• Contribute to silicon bring-up support and root-cause analysis.
• Deploy new technologies, improve layout methodologies, and ensure manufacturable solutions.
• Develop best practices, train and mentor engineers, and support worldwide methodology alignment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics, or microelectronics.
• Extensive experience in analog IC layout and complex developments from concept through tape-out.
• Expertise with Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, and sign-off methodologies.
• Strong experience with mixed-signal and power management products.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience with BCD and high-voltage technologies.
• Reliability, ESD, and EMC layout experience.
• Automation and scripting experience.
• Experience driving cross-site engineering collaboration.
• Automotive semiconductor experience.
