People Engagement Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze internal survey results, identify engagement priorities, and execute climate action plans with measurable tracking indicators and ROI.
• Organize social events, team-bonding initiatives, office rituals, and special days while measuring participation and impact.
• Conduct and systematize exit interviews, analyze turnover trends and root causes, and provide insights for the talent retention strategy.
• Maintain and optimize engagement processes across Slack, Notion, and hirify.global, including communication performance analysis.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, scheduling, presentations, and feedback measurement for new hires.
• Manage welcome packs and merchandising logistics, including vendors, inventory, delivery, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, People Operations, or community management.
• Organized, proactive, and able to turn ideas into structured processes, measurable initiatives, and tangible employee experiences.
• Ability to bring company culture, values, and employer branding to life through employee experiences and communications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for leading sessions and explaining culture and values to groups.
• Interpersonal maturity, empathy, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive exit interviews.
