What you will do/Что делать

• Interview candidates across all seniority levels and regions, evaluating technical and soft skills.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process ensuring positive experience and cultural fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment.
• Develop regional and global recruiting initiatives leveraging marketing expertise.
• Analyze recruitment data and propose process improvements based on metrics.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects, timelines, and stakeholders.

Requirements/Требования

• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical profiles in IT industry
• Excellent English language skills required
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Strong interviewing and people management skills
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholders
