Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (Recruiting Operations)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, and data maintenance.
• Maintain recruiting data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality through audits and data management.
• Streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting processes.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards covering hiring activity, pipeline health, and operational performance.
• Partner with Recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve systems and processes.
• Drive selected recruiting operations projects independently from scoping through implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Systems, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or another leading ATS.
• Experience with recruiting data, reporting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
