Recruiter

Location: Remote from South Africa or Kenya; U.S. client business hours required with flexibility for interviews and candidate coordination.

hirify.global is hiring on behalf of a client for a recruiting role supporting talent acquisition across multiple industries and functions.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings and job description creation through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
• Screen and interview candidates using structured, competency-based, and behavioral techniques.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate recommendations, market insights, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain ATS records, monitor recruiting KPIs, and improve pipeline health and hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or headhunting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate evaluation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills and availability during U.S. client business hours.

• Agency recruiting, staffing, or high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for SaaS, finance, professional services, property management, or operations.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment practices.
• Experience scaling recruiting operations and talent pipelines.
