Marketing Manager (Agriculture)

What you will do

• Manage marketing activities and coordinate the marketing department.
• Develop and implement the company marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales incentives and promotional activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Create and publish online and print marketing materials.
• Manage the brand and corporate identity while monitoring marketing communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing management experience in the agricultural industry.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Driver’s licence and own transport.
• Fluent Afrikaans and English, both verbal and written.
