Strategy & Marketing Coordinator (Health & Wellness)

Location: Remote; candidates must be able to receive payments via Wise in South Africa, the UK, the US, or the Philippines.

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for virtual training programs and a website membership portal.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages with the Social Media Strategist.
• Write and deploy targeted email sequences, launch flows, and subscriber retention communications.
• Optimize customer journeys across the membership portal and online store to improve conversions and user experience.
• Track funnel metrics, membership growth, and engagement performance to refine marketing strategy.
• Analyze trends in health, wellness, mindfulness, and online education to support product positioning.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing coordination, digital strategy, or growth marketing, ideally in wellness, e-learning, or subscription businesses.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, sales funnels, and membership portal growth.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple digital product launches.
• Ability to analyze conversion data and turn insights into strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kajabi, Teachable, WordPress, or MemberPress.
• Passion for or experience in health, wellness, mindfulness, or sound healing.
