Marketplace Growth-Lifecycle Intern (AI)

Location: Cape Town; 6-month hybrid internship

hirify.global provides a SaaS partnership management platform that helps businesses automate partnerships and grow revenue through affiliates, influencers, commerce publishers, B2B partnerships, and other ecosystems.

What you will do

• Plan and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
• Build and configure personalized automated communication workflows.
• Identify repetitive tasks and replace them with scalable solutions using AI tools and automation.
• Maintain data flows and analyze activation, engagement, and other lifecycle health indicators.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channels to improve campaign performance.
• Create clear, action-oriented copy and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data Science.

Requirements

• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Linguistics, or Public Relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging copy.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in the creator economy, brand partnerships, e-commerce, or marketplace ecosystems.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation, including configuring workflows and building scalable systems.
• Research-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
