What you will do

• Develop influencer and content strategies translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans.
• Own full campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.
• Lead creator discovery, outreach, and selection based on fit, reach, engagement, and pricing; build structured pipelines.
• Approve content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment; course-correct as needed.
• Monitor and optimize performance across awareness, traffic, and sign-up goals by adjusting creator mix and formats.
• Handle negotiations on deliverables, rates, and usage rights within budgets; maintain Airtable records.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics
• Ability to run campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Confidence working directly with US-based clients
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Comfortable working in structured tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar)
