Procurement Operations & ITAM Analyst (AI)

Location: New York, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Manage post-signature SaaS contract administration, including redlines, repository accuracy, key dates, and renewal data.
• Create purchase orders in NetSuite or a comparable procure-to-pay platform and manage invoice receipting and three-way matching.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve vendor disputes involving overcharges, seat counts, and proration.
• Build and maintain inventories of licensed, deployed, and actively used software across 150+ vendors.
• Reconcile license counts with Okta or other SSO login data and usage telemetry to identify unused and underutilized software.
• Provide utilization, billing-accuracy, compliance, and true-up findings to support renewal negotiations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, IT asset management, vendor management, or a comparable operations or finance-adjacent role.
• Experience handling invoices, purchase orders, vendor disputes, and analytical reconciliation of usage data and license counts.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP or procure-to-pay system.
• Organized, self-directed approach with the ability to build processes and systems.
• Ability to work from New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta or a similar SSO or identity platform.
• Exposure to SaaS management tools such as Zylo, Torii, or Flexera.
• Experience in a high-growth or pre-IPO environment.
