MBA Strategic Sourcing Intern, Customer Success & Sales (AI)

Location: Hybrid work at an hirify.global office location in San Diego, California; relocation stipend provided.

Base pay: $37–$56.5 per hour in San Diego.

What you will do

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives for a partner network supplying more than 10,000 product support and domain experts.
• Develop sourcing strategies and business cases connected to workforce and staffing needs.
• Assist with RFPs and proposals to evaluate staffing and outsourcing partners.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while learning negotiation and partner management.
• Research staffing, outsourcing, and workforce management trends.
• Analyze cost and workforce data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with graduation after the internship ends.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Legally authorized to work full-time in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an hirify.global office location.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, collaboration, and data skills, including Excel, spreadsheets, and basic financial modeling.

Nice to have

• Exposure to staffing, workforce planning, or customer support operations.
• Experience with contract negotiation, partner management, or people-focused business strategy.
• Experience analyzing data or presenting findings to stakeholders.
