TL;DR
Project Manager (Software) (SDLC/Agile/DevOps): Leading and delivering complex software projects and service engagements end-to-end with an accent on planning, delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, and budget control. Focus on managing cross-functional teams, resolving delivery risks, tracking project performance, and ensuring compliance with customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid work with work on client premises for the duration of the project

What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver complex software projects and service engagements.
- Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, partners, vendors, consultants, and staffing activities.
- Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, status reports, governance records, and management updates.
- Lead status meetings, steering committees, service reviews, and other governance activities.
- Improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory and anti-bribery compliance.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in software project management, with a strong technical background.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and software development processes.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, and Lean project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps, plus strong client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Greek and English is required, and work on client premises is expected for the duration of the project.
