Technical Project Manager, Systems Engineering, Global

Location: AMER; remote-first with up to 25% travel as needed

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives covering analytics, metrics, data integrations, operational tooling, and systems engineering.
• Plan and govern scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and measurable outcomes.
• Run discovery workshops, assess current-state workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend future-state solutions.
• Define business and system requirements, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and delivery plans.
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, swim lanes, systems diagrams, and other documentation to support standardisation.
• Guide initiatives through implementation, adoption, operational handoff, reporting, and executive communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, PMO operations, business analysis, or program coordination in complex infrastructure, industrial, or hardware-intensive environments.
• Experience delivering projects through waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, business and systems documentation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience with project and work management tools such as Planview, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira, plus diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Figma, or Visio.
• Strong communication, organisation, facilitation, KPI/SLA analysis, consensus-building, and prioritisation skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, SAFe, or comparable program, project, or agile certification.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience supporting executive communications and decision-making forums.
• Experience with data centre infrastructure, operational technology, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
