People Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Fully remote, with role locations listed as Espoo, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and London

What you will do

• Build a clean, reliable people-data foundation and maintain data quality across source systems.
• Move people reporting to ThoughtSpot with the central Data & AI team.
• Analyze workforce friction, engagement, retention, headcount planning, and forecasting to produce actionable recommendations.
• Define success measures for People initiatives and evaluate outcomes after implementation.
• Build the data layer and measurement framework for agents, automations, and AI-powered People products.
• Work closely with the People Team, Data & AI team, Finance, and People Product Lead.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, taking raw data through analysis to clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering practices, including transformation pipelines, testing, documentation, and dependency management.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, including branches, pull or merge requests, code review, and collaborative development.
• Experience with modern BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Looker, or Omni, including dashboards and analytical experiences.
• Knowledge of access controls for sensitive People data, including role-based access, row-level security, column-level security, data masking, and least-privilege access.
