People Analytics, Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Warren, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule

What you will do

• Lead workforce analyses covering attrition, talent movement, diversity, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and business leaders to support workforce and talent decisions.
• Develop workforce plans, forecasts, scenario models, executive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.
• Translate complex workforce data and statistical findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Apply predictive analytics, automation, AI, and advanced analytical methods to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain data quality, governance, consistency, and integrity while supporting data literacy and mentoring analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, business, economics, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, KNIME, or similar analytics and data transformation tools.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, workforce data, executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and workforce planning analyses.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive analytics, data modeling, consulting, stakeholder management, data storytelling, and communication.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience with workforce forecasting, organizational design analytics, scenario planning, analytics automation, AI-enabled solutions, or machine learning.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, and data management best practices.
