TL;DR
People Technology Analyst (EMEA) (HRIS/People Technology): Supporting and improving HRIS and People systems across data, time management, talent, performance, learning, benefits, and compensation with an accent on system configuration, integrations, analytics, and compliance. Focus on troubleshooting root causes, designing end-to-end testing, implementing system enhancements, and improving People processes in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines; hybrid work with 3 days per week in-hub

What you will do
- Configure and maintain HRIS and People systems, including enhancements, fixes, upgrades, compliance requirements, testing, validation, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, recommend solutions, and provide functional expertise and user support.
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, data integrations, and People insights.
- Develop test scenarios, perform system and end-to-end testing, validate releases, and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide training, documentation, support materials, and assistance with data and information requests.
- Collaborate with People teams, stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors on requirements, implementations, adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of People processes, functions, systems, analytics, organizational structures, and related data.
- Experience with People technology platforms, system implementations, and HRIS solutions; SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage confidential information, adapt to changing needs, and work across diverse teams.
