People Analyst (AI)

Salary: $108,200–$202,800 USD annually, depending on U.S. pay zone.

What you will do

• Partner with senior People leaders to clarify priorities and deliver data-backed insights.
• Build analyses, dashboards, and reports covering workforce trends, talent outcomes, organizational health, and employee experience.
• Use AI to accelerate reporting, automate repeatable analyses, and scale insight products.
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses, practical recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
• Consult across HR, Talent, Compensation, Operations, DEI, Learning, and Employee Experience functions.
• Improve data quality, reporting consistency, self-service access, and reliability in partnership with data and systems teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management.
• Understanding of HR operations, talent processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle data, and organizational structures.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and communicate findings clearly to executive audiences.
• SQL proficiency and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Working knowledge of data architecture, data models, data quality, and analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, or similar platforms, plus sound judgment when handling sensitive employee data.
