Salary: $122,000–$182,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations.
• Coach and influence leaders as they build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions.
• Translate business needs and insights into practical people solutions and actions.
• Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly to support informed decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR or People Business Partner.
• Strong judgment and the ability to independently manage people and organizational challenges.
• Demonstrated coaching, business partnering, influencing, and challenging-conversation skills.
• Strong ownership, execution, and ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions.
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
• Experience using people analytics for organizational decisions.
• HR degree or certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
