Account Manager (Strategy & Retention): Managing and maximizing long-term client value by building strong relationships and ensuring high service levels with an accent on client retention and account management. Focus on onboarding, client satisfaction, and renewal processes to maintain and grow key accounts.
Location: Hybrid setup based in Makati
What you will do
- Lead point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Manage onboarding process including welcome communications and client training
- Prepare monthly performance reports to communicate progress
- Develop new business with existing clients and manage renewals
- Resolve client complaints and improve processes to prevent issues
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Preferred experience as Account Manager or similar sales/client management role
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office
- Strong client retention and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Makati
