Associate Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for the AI Office of the CFO, including agents and Playbooks that complete finance work.
• Coordinate engineering and product design work to deliver roadmap milestones.
• Help build and launch AI features, evaluating when agents should act independently and when they should involve a human.
• Define KPIs, measure product impact, and track how reliably agents complete tasks within customer policies.
• Manage projects with external AI model providers and connected platforms.
• Research customer needs, behaviour, market dynamics, competitors, and regulatory requirements affecting AI in finance.

Requirements

• Background in product management, engineering, or project management.
• Experience managing the roadmap of engineering teams.
• Experience building and launching a personal product, including a product that failed.
• Strong data analysis skills, including identifying patterns, trends, and hypotheses.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and an understanding of the reliable capabilities and limitations of AI agents.
• Fluent English required. Entrepreneurial ownership, user focus, organisation, and close collaboration with designers, engineers, marketing, and other stakeholders are expected.
