What you will do
- Identify and validate AI-driven growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
- Lead customer discovery to uncover developer pain points and translate insights into AI-native product experiences.
- Design and run experiments, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and learning plans.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to take AI concepts to real-world impact.
- Shape the packaging, positioning, and monetization of AI capabilities for developers and teams.
- Scale successful initiatives to deliver sustained value for users and measurable business results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Prior experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, or a background in software engineering.
- Hands-on experience working with AI-powered products and agentic platforms.
- Proven track record in experimentation, metrics, funnels, and hypothesis-driven decision making.
- Strong strategic and systems thinking with the ability to drive long-term product vision.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Sofia, Bulgaria.
