Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do
- Identify and validate AI-driven growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
- Define product priorities and trade-offs around high-impact growth initiatives.
- Lead customer discovery with developers and translate pain points into AI-native product experiences.
- Design experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning plans.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Go-to-Market, and Product-Led Growth teams from concept through delivery.
- Shape the packaging, positioning, monetization, and scaling of AI capabilities for developers and teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience across problem framing, customer discovery, experimentation, pricing, packaging, and value proposition design.
- Experience with developer tools or infrastructure products, or a software engineering background.
- Experience working with AI-powered products and agentic platforms.
- Proven ability to use experimentation, metrics, funnels, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinking, product vision, prioritization, execution, and executive communication skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation.
