Senior Product Manager (EdTech & AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Sofia. Hybrid work is available in locations with offices, with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote; remote work is available in locations without company offices.

What you will do

• Define and drive a multi-year, outcome-based product roadmap aligned with business goals and North Star metrics.
• Lead market research on emerging AI and EdTech trends.
• Own international pricing and monetization strategy, including price floor and ceiling analysis and LTV optimization.
• Apply scientific research and complex data analysis to validate product hypotheses and guide decisions.
• Partner with the Leadership Team and coordinate Engineering, Data Science, and Design priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers while maintaining high-quality PRD standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience in software development, SaaS, EdTech, or AI-driven products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical or scientific field.
• Experience using complex data analysis and scientific research methodologies for product management.
• Expertise in prioritization frameworks such as RICE and WSJF, outcome-driven roadmaps, PRDs, and agile sprints.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring product managers.
• Fluent English required, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Business degree or advanced product strategy training such as Reforge or Kellogg.
• Experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products.
• Science or academic and research-focused software background.
• Experience managing products used by millions of users across multiple regions.
