AI-Native Product Manager (Remote)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere in the listed locations with reasonable overlap with the team

hirify.global develops design software for building intranet sites inside Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

What you will do

• Support the Product Director across the product lifecycle, including product meetings, follow-ups, backlog grooming, and release tracking.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Linear and keep the backlog sprint-ready.
• Track releases across engineering and QA and communicate progress, risks, and timelines.
• Create wireframes and mockups with AI design and prototyping tools while maintaining strong UI/UX quality.
• Use Claude and ChatGPT to analyze data, improve processes, close gaps, and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience in software or SaaS environments.
• Direct experience with B2B SaaS products. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or intranet experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Linear or a similar agile tracking tool, GitHub, and Claude or comparable AI tooling.
• Strong design literacy, knowledge of UI/UX workflows, and the ability to produce AI-assisted mockups.
• Solid technical foundation with familiarity with software development, APIs, web technologies, and architecture.
• Include the word “compass” in the application response.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, React, or the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint ecosystem.
• A Claude Code or Codex project to showcase and explain during the interview.
