Product Launch Manager

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid model.

What you will do

• Coordinate product launch processes for products, features, and capabilities from planning through execution.
• Define and track launch milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness reviews, monitor progress, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Maintain launch documentation and deliverable repositories while identifying and escalating blockers.
• Partner with Product Management, Delivery, Support, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Operations teams on readiness requirements.
• Use data, stakeholder feedback, lessons learned, and suitable AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Product Management, or a related software-industry field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and go-to-market processes.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases for new products or propositions.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, stakeholder management, project management, and risk management.

Nice to have

• Insight into software product development processes using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application to operational processes.
