What you will do

• Lead teams building scalable test automation platforms, tools, and utilities for new product development, cost, and sustaining organizations.
• Own the end-to-end automation ecosystem across test-program generation, ATE platforms, tester-to-peripheral communication, and production data infrastructure.
• Develop reusable test method libraries and automated test flows for Digital, Mixed-Signal/Analog, and RF production lines serving automotive, commercial, and industrial markets.
• Build AI-driven automation solutions that reduce manual test-engineering workflows and support outlier detection, yield analytics, adaptive testing, and automated decision-making.
• Create dashboards and real-time analytics tools for yield, quality, lot dispositions, test-time profiling, program audits, and outlier-screening effectiveness.
• Analyze manufacturing-line data to identify product cost and quality improvements and share best practices with Design, DfT, and process engineering teams.

Requirements

• Multiple years of combined experience in semiconductor test, automation, and AI/ML, including hands-on production exposure.
• Experience developing test programs, working with ATE platforms, and managing production data flows.
• Track record of building and shipping automation platforms and data systems for production users at scale, from architecture through multi-site deployment.
• Expertise with Python, ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and cloud-scale data platforms.
• Experience applying AI/ML to test and manufacturing data, including outlier detection, yield analytics, adaptive testing, or automated decision-making.
• Ability to work in Richardson, United States; the role is not described as remote or hybrid.
