Account Manager

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for client partners and support account growth plans.
• Coordinate multicultural projects, agency teams, and clients while managing risks, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Translate client requirements into project scopes and review team deliverables.
• Support upselling, cross-selling, new business proposals, and tender submissions.
• Contribute to revenue targets, billing preparation, monthly projections, and account cost management.
• Maintain knowledge of clients, industries, competitors, digital trends, and technologies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of client contact experience in a creative agency, communications, or customer service environment.
• Experience influencing communication and online strategy for major clients.
• Strong client-service, presentation, writing, facilitation, listening, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital trends, Internet technologies, business and site performance analysis, and user-centred design.
• Ability to lead, mentor, collaborate, and manage work in a growth-oriented creative or interactive firm.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
