Engineering Manager, Business Technology (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integrations and automation across ERP, Billing, Revenue, CRM, HRIS, and related platforms.
• Define scalable integration patterns, APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, data flows, and engineering standards.
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve automation, operational efficiency, insights, and engineering productivity with appropriate governance and security.
• Lead migrations, cutovers, data archival, retention, system decommissioning, and legacy capability retirement.
• Oversee reliable data pipelines, transformation, orchestration, reporting, and enterprise data consumption.
• Manage delivery execution, deployment and rollback planning, operational readiness, and engineering team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, integrations, or business systems technology.
• Significant engineering management experience covering team leadership, technical direction, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong experience with ERP, Billing, Revenue, CRM, HRIS, databases, data modeling, storage, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of APIs, middleware, event-driven and service-based architectures, automation frameworks, and real-time and batch integrations.
• Experience with data pipelines, transformations, orchestration, system synchronization, migrations, releases, rollback strategies, and operational readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability skills.
