Salary: EUR 8,600–9,900 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end data platforms covering ingestion, storage, medallion architecture, data warehouses, governance, and BI/AI serving.
• Integrate heterogeneous batch and real-time sources, including REST APIs, SOAP/XML, HL7, IoT streams, and government data-exchange gateways.
• Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance with GDPR, PDPL, national standards, and XSD schemas.
• Lead delivery teams by setting technical direction, owning outcomes, and mentoring engineers and BI specialists.
• Conduct client discovery workshops, align stakeholders, provide steering-level updates, and participate in presales and tender defense.
• Present solutions, define scope, and defend project estimates for international clients and RFPs.

Requirements

• Experience building enterprise data platforms end to end, beyond individual pipelines or dashboards.
• Integration experience with at least two of REST APIs, SOAP/XML, HL7, IoT or streaming systems, and government gateways.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik and KPI dashboard design.
• Practical knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, PDPL, or national standards.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD, plus proven team leadership and client-facing experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required for international clients and RFPs.

Nice to have

• Experience in public-sector, healthcare, or financial-services projects.
• Experience embedding AI/ML into data platforms and working with high-volume data.
• Experience with vendor-side tenders and RFPs.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud architectures.
