What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams, providing vision, direction, and coaching to managers and staff engineers.
• Drive engineering execution and on-time delivery of secure, performant, and customer-centric systems.
• Oversee the design and development of high-scale distributed production systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to execute the technology roadmap.
• Establish and evolve engineering best practices, delivery processes, and quality standards.
• Champion privacy by design and security-first principles across the stack.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading engineering organizations in high-growth environments at scale.
• Strong leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing other leaders.
• Deep technical knowledge of TypeScript/Node.js; experience with Dart, C#, or Go is a plus.
• Proficiency in React/Next.js and/or Flutter.
• Proven success in designing and scaling microservices within Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong advocacy for privacy, security, and cryptography in system design.

• Backend expertise in Rust.
• Experience with decentralized identity solutions.
