Field Marketing (Summer Event) Intern

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada; on-site. Travel for events may be required, including attendance at live events.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, field dinners, customer conferences, and executive events.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup and teardown.
• Work with design partners on event collateral, signage, and branded materials.
• Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, and pre- and post-event surveys.
• Track budgets, invoices, expenses, attendance, engagement, and lead generation, then prepare event recaps.
• Attend at least one live event and own a defined on-site workstream.

Requirements

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to travel for events when needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with event platforms such as Lu.ma, Eventbrite, or Splash.
